Terms and conditions

Payment can be made in full:

(via the website's online payment system or bank transfer).

• The amount is calculated at the BNR (National Bank of Romania) exchange rate on the day of payment.
• Rates include accommodation only. Optional breakfast: 50 RON/person.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Card, Bank transfer, Holiday vouchers.

Arrivals and departures follow this schedule:

• A minimum stay of 2 nights applies.
• If the property is not booked the day before or after the requested period, check-in/check-out times can be adjusted in the guest's favour.

• Outdoor hot tub (400 lei / 3 hours / 1–8 persons), sauna (200 lei / 2 hours / 1–8 persons), pool (100 lei per person / day / capacity 8–10 persons) according to schedule (10:00–22:00) and posted rates; advance booking required. These services are for adults only.
• Optional breakfast: 50 RON/person.
• For other services (meals, local products, transfers, etc.) please let us know at least one week in advance. Prices are available upon request.

Indoor access with flip-flops is not allowed. The guesthouse provides house slippers for guests.

Smoking is only permitted on terraces and outdoor balconies. Smoking indoors is not allowed (smoke detectors are installed). Violation of this rule is subject to penalties according to the guesthouse's policy.

Waste must be sorted and disposed of in the designated bins. If this requirement is not observed, waste remains the responsibility of the guest.

• Children up to 5 years old sharing the parents' bed stay free of charge.
• Children aged 5 to 12 (inclusive) – 50% discount off the adult rate with an extra bed in the room.
• Children aged 12 to 15 (inclusive) – 30% discount off the adult rate with an extra bed in the room.
• Children over 16 are considered adults.
• At the playground or in common areas, children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Eisenau staff do not assume responsibility for supervising children.
